- Uploaded Content: Product photos and images you upload to generate AI visuals.
- Payment Data: Payment transactions are processed by Paddle. Vaiko does not store your credit card or banking details directly. Paddle's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
- Usage Data: Credit balance, generation history, session activity, and device/browser information.
- Communication Data: Any messages sent to support@vaiko.store.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to provide and operate the Service, process payments and manage credit balances, improve AI generation quality, respond to support requests, send transactional emails (account activity, purchase confirmations), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, we process your data under the following legal bases: contractual necessity (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (platform security and improvement), and legal obligation (compliance with applicable law). 5. Uploaded Content and AI Processing
Photos and product images you upload are processed solely to generate AI visuals as requested. Uploaded content is not used to train AI models, sold to third parties, or shared outside the scope of Service delivery. You retain full ownership of all uploaded content.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images are retained for 30 days after generation and then permanently deleted unless you save them within the platform. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@vaiko.store.

Vaiko uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Paddle: Payment processing (paddle.com/privacy).
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure hosting and storage.
These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by Vaiko and in compliance with applicable law.

Vaiko uses essential cookies to maintain session integrity and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure — in the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
