By accessing or using Vaiko ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Vaiko is an AI-powered personal styling platform that provides personalized outfit recommendations, virtual try-on experiences, and style advice. Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your preferences and suggest clothing combinations tailored to your individual style.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Subscription and Payments
Vaiko offers subscription and credit-based plans. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf. All sales are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the Service did not function as described. To request a refund, contact support@vaiko.store.
5. AI-Generated Content
The style recommendations, outfit suggestions, and virtual try-on results are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may not always perfectly reflect real-world results. Vaiko does not guarantee that recommendations will match your exact expectations or physical appearance.
6. User Content and Photos
By uploading photos or other content to our Service, you grant Vaiko a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your personal photos to third parties. You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded content.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using Vaiko, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, to transmit harmful or malicious code, to scrape or copy content without permission, or to impersonate any person or entity. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vaiko. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vaiko.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
